The philosophy of Preferred School Care (PSC) is to develop the whole child by promoting social acceptance, emotional health, intellectual ability, and physical well-being. These needs are met through a fun and innovative program that provides children with opportunities for individual choice, group participation, critical-thinking skill development, and recreational activities in a safe, fun, and supportive social environment.

Since our inception in 1996, Preferred School Care (PSC) has been committed to changing lives and building brighter futures for youth in the Metropolitan Atlanta area. We inspire young minds, encourage imagination, and harness each child's potential through engaging and enriching after-school experiences.
Our mission is to provide quality and affordable child care services for the children of working parents. PSC programs foster a safe, nurturing, and academically supportive environment where students are empowered to succeed in school and beyond. Through collaboration with APS families and staff, we strive to inspire, support, and strengthen the community.
